Shawn Sibley is a dedicated career coach and workforce development professional with a passion for helping individuals navigate their careers with confidence. With extensive experience in academic advising, job search strategy, and career coaching, Shawn has successfully guided professionals in landing jobs, transitioning careers, and achieving their professional goals.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in African and African American Studies/Multicultural Studies from the University of Louisville. Currently, Shawn is pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Data Analytics from Louisiana State University, aiming to leverage data-driven insights for career coaching and consulting.

With a background in social work, Shawn has worked for multiple state agencies, including the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, the South Carolina Department of Social Services, and Midlands Technical College. She currently serves as a Healthcare Academic Advisor full-time and a Senior Calling Concierge for a real estate company part-time, bringing a unique blend of coaching, communication, and professional development expertise to her clients.

Beyond career coaching, Shawn is passionate about community engagement, facilitation, and volunteer work. She has received several awards, including the Gilman International Scholarship, which allowed her to study abroad in Thailand for free, and the Walmart First Generation College Student Award.
